What you will be doing

• Develop and implement Launch & Go-to-Market strategies for new businesses, products, and compelling brand concepts.
• Lead marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including lead generation, sales funnel optimization, and corporate communication strategies.
• Manage budget ownership and oversee campaign planning to ensure resources align with strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes.

What you need to be successful in the role

• Experience: Proven track record in consulting, business development, or project management, with expertise in growth and marketing disciplines.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, consulting expertise, and an in-depth understanding of 360-degree validation and business model implementation.
• Mindset: A client-focused, proactive approach with a passion for solving challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams while building strong relationships with clients.

‍We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to
the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.110,00. We offer a competitive
salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and
experience.
